Responsibilities:

• Select, lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professional
• C & S engineers to ensure that, C & S engineering are completed on time within budget and as per the set goals
• Create career development programmes for the team and develop medium-term planning for the growth of the engineering dept.
• Ensure implementation of projects for expanding and /or modifying the production lines
• Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of engineer with design engineering responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws
• To comply with the organisation safety and regulation.
• Oversee and ensure feasibility study, conceptual, basic and detailed engineering design that are carried out by the Civil & Structural discipline are in accordance with project requirements.

Pre-Requisites:

• Master or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years relevant working experience on drafting in the plants and systems for projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industries
• Well-versed in all local and international codes and standards on the related field
• Engineering and Design calculations
• Computer literate and good hand-on experience on applications such as CAD drafting, Microsoft Office, Civil & Structural design software like STADD Pro / TEKLA Structures, etc.
• Positive attitudes/ Drive for result
• Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills
• Strong Business acumen
• Flair in business writings

1) Experience in M&E QS scope of works and had participated in tender projects of more than $2 Mil

(4) Resourceful and Outcome-based attitudes to explore any new arisings

(5) Experience in Project Tender Documentation and Submission requriement
