Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare import/export documents
• Coordinate with vendors/customers for delivery arrangements
• Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Ensure shipment documents comply with customs regulations
• Ensure timely invoicing of shipments as per company KPIs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping records
• Expedites order, monitor, follow up with production schedule, and release work orders to meet shipment deadlines
• Prepare and review quotes based on customer requests
• Review contracts to ensure consistency with quotes
• Support incoming order generation, order confirmation, and delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O level
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience as Administrator
• Preferred with knowledge of SAP
• Must be detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Competence with Microsoft Office
• Good personality and able to handle customer queries

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of UAT environments
• Offer technical support to software development teams for application and testing needs
• Assist project management teams in various project-related tasks and activities
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Perform infrastructure setup and deployment tasks for application environments, including configuration, provisioning, and deployment
• Handle account management activities, creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and permissions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processes and procedures, including user guides, technical manuals, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of software development, testing, and support experience.

Strong proficiency in

• Database query languages (Oracle/MSSQL)
• SSH/SFTP client/server operations
• Public/private key and certificate management
• IIS web server administration, including certificate generation
• Linux server OS administration and command-line proficiency
• MSMQ messaging services
• Collaborative and independent software/IT project work

Strong proficiency in scripting for the following:

• PowerShell (Must Have).

We are seeking a motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence with expertise in building and deploying AI-driven solutions.

You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers and product teams to design, develop, and implement AI/ ML features that drive innovative Public Safety operations.

Responsibilities:

Model Evaluation & Optimization

Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, and continuously improve models through hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and other techniques.

Deployment & Integration

Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and performance. Integrate AI models with existing systems and APIs.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers, and designers) to identify business problems and translate them into AI/ ML solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ ML engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience as a project member of an AI/ ML implementation project.
• Broad knowledge of current AI/ ML technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and video analytics and how to incorporate said technologies into solutions across various domains.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras)

• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from recognized universities.
• At least five (5) years of practical working experience in the related field of Civil Construction projects.
• Report to Technical Manager, and assist in managing, planning and coordinating mechanical engineering or electrical engineering to meet the time, cost and quality objectives.
• Coordinate design and/or detailing with consultants, develop shop drawings, review submissions from subcontractors and liaise with other work disciplines.

• Proficient in REVIT and AUTOCAD software applications.
