Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing highly performant micro-services and trading engines. • Design, Build, and Maintain: Create reusable, reliable and highly performant Java code that meets our high standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Java (ideally 17+) and experience with performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience designing systems with high throughput and low latency from the ground up.
• Candidates must show mastery in important classes/packages in the JDK including but not limited to high performance, low latency, 0 garbage techniques and concurrency.
• Hands-on familiarity with popular Java Frameworks such as Spring/Micronaut.
• Solid and opinionated knowledge of testing methodologies, coding principles and coding standards.
• Well versed with standard SDLC practices and tooling around build, test, deploy etc.
• Good knowledge of API development and API gateways.
• Experience with RESTful and websocket designs and frameworks.
• Experience with FIX and related workflows.
• Good hands on git (github), Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, Confluence.

• Repair and maintain, equipment and machines of cold room and ice maker
• Installation of chiller room,freezer room and troubleshooting chiller unit,freezer unit and ice maker
• Troubleshoot systems to determine causes and rectify.
• Service and repair kitchen equipment at work shop such as chiller, freezer ,ice maker ,bracing pan, water boiler, combi oven, dough mixer, spiral mixer and etc
• Prepare quotation and evaluate costing and propose to client.

Job Responsibilities

• To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractor.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
• Development Commissioning & Qualification protocols from C&Q Plans
• Creates and maintains applications according to technical design and requirements.
• Develop and/or review System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, compliant with the site’s standards. Determine the processes and data flow that supports the needs of the project.
• Design & Develop plan for modifications to be made to the system through working with team in development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all stages.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry.
• Emerson DeltaV DCS experience and DeltaV Batch experience required
• Experience in the Designing, Commissioning & Qualifications of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.
• Technical proficiency on controls systems including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel/field wiring and PLC control systems.
• Through understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)
• Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector

Job Description

• Report to construction manager
• Coordination with the utility agencies on the verification of high tranmission cables, vital utilities services and sensitive telecommunication cable (e.g. LT & HT electrical cables, PUB 300/900 mm pipe, underground sewers, M200 gas pipe and Singtel ) that affects the main construction works
• Coordination with the utility agaencies and Authorities on the protection and or diversion of utilities that affects the main construction works
• Endorse the excavation permitand brief sub-contractor carrying out any construction or excavation works within the utilities protection zone
• Conduct pre-construction conditioned survey of existing buildings and structures
• Responsible for submission of temporary excavation to relevant Authorities diversions (<4m deep) affecting utilities and temporary drain diversion
• Management of approval for water, drainage, and other major utilities diversion
• Supervision on utility diversion and trial trench works on site
• Paper work for approval and coordination with utility agency such as planning, approval and meeting minutes

Job Requirements

• Minium 5 years engineering experience with Recognised Degree in relevant field
• At least 2years experience in the coordination with utility agencies for PUB/LTA MRT project or similar scale, complexity and nature of work
