Responsibilities:

• Offer technical and engineering assistance for medical equipment, including on-site maintenance servicing.
• Deliver an after-sales maintenance service, calibrate electronic components, and conduct laser alignment procedures.
• Supervise routine repair tasks, troubleshoot issues, and manage installation setups.
• Administer spare part inventory and handle warranty spare part returns.
• Schedule routine servicing and assist in equipment setup for demonstrations and new installations.
• Manage equipment maintenance service contracts and handle administrative documentation.
• Ensure thorough documentation, notification, tracking, and follow-up on all technical matters.
• Prepare and maintain technical service reports accurately.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in maintenance servicing and troubleshooting skills in similar industry.
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborative with team.

Job Description - Quality Assurance

· Review of project quality requirements, project quality plan (PQP), method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists.

· Develop inspection and test plan (ITPs) and inspection checklists based on project works specifications.

· Assists in projects’ internal quality management system audit and quality inspection audit.

· Data collection and documentation for defects monitoring and trend analysis in measuring project quality performance and root cause investigation and analysis to improve project performance.

· Promote the best practices in project quality management to reduce the cost of poor quality and to improve work productivity.

Job Description - Quality Control

· Conduct onsite in-process inspections or periodic site/factory quality surveillance inspections.

· Monitor and verify site execution works whether the established work procedures, inspections and approved submittals are being followed accordingly.

· Identity, record and highlight to Project Manager of any identified non-conformances or potential quality issues or risks.

· Issue and monitor closure of Quality Observation Reports (QARs), Internal Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (C/PARs)

· Verify the implementation of solutions and control further works or processes until the non-conformities or deficiencies have been resolved.

· Conduct internal inspection of mock-up unit, CONQUAS/QM pre-assessment and pre-handing over inspection.

· Preparation of periodic QA/QC Reports, maintenance of quality records and any necessary QA/QC documentations at project sites.

Candidate will be required to develop, secure and manage industry partnerships for the NGTC. Candidate should stay updated on RF/mmWave GaN market trends and conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis on companies, competitors and the market for actionable insights. This may involve conducting SWOT analyses to enable NGTC to come up with a strategic plan to optimise business and research collaborations.

Candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote NGTC’s capabilities to interested parties.

Candidate will be required to work alongside various internal and external stakeholders and teams to develop NGTC’s strong value propositions and assist with market intelligence to shape the NGTC’s strategies.

Candidate will be required to carry out account management of companies for NGTC to strengthen customer relationships.

Candidate will be required to coordinate and engage with internal stakeholders such as A*STAR’s Industry and Enterprise Group, Institute of Microelectronics or various other public sector agencies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a background in GaN technology and industrial commercialization.
• Able to structure and negotiate collaboration agreements.

Skills Required

•   8 – 11 Years with minimum 5 years of Java on Cloud experience preferably AWS
