A Network and Security Level 1.5 Engineer is responsible for the initial support and maintenance of OneCare’s client. 1. Network and Security Maintenance:

2. Troubleshooting and Support:

o Identify and resolve network and security issues promptly.

4. Incident Response:

5. Documentation and Reporting:

o Conduct and maintain accurate and up to date Preventive Maintenance report where contractually obligated.

Skills and Qualifications:

Job description:
