The Network Support Engineer role is for a StarHub Subsidiary. The Engineer will be based at StarHub Green to coordinate, manage the scope as stated below:

• Provide hardware/software break-fix support for business-critical systems across various industries, including Hospitality, Healthcare, Government, and Financial sectors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues reported by managed service agents, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in network support operations for large-scale network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, FTTH access networks, SASE, and SD-WAN.
• Proficient in configuring firewalls, routing & switching and wireless network to maximize network efficiency and security.
• Proven expertise in core switching and routing (CCNP/CCIE certification preferred).

• Provide first-line support for client queries and Client contracts, escalating complex issues to the procurement manager

• Assist the procurement manager in project coordination, including timeline management, stakeholder communication and addressing customer queries related to ongoing ICT tender projects

• Manage the life cycle of support tickets from creation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation when required.

• Generate and analyse dashboard reports on key performance indicators, providing insights to management on trends and areas for improvement

Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy and Planning:

● Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies that cover all aspects of the software development lifecycle. ● Design, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Qualifications:

Education: ●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

Experience: ● Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance. ● Proven experience with automation testing, particularly using Cypress for E2E testing. ● Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like Gatling and Autocannon. ● Experience with contract testing frameworks such as Pact.js.
