Salary: $2,700 - 4,000 (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

1.Handle customer (Internal/External) issues and enquiries, provide appropriate solutions as well as accurate and complete information.

2.Perform proper follow up to ensure resolution.

3.Communicate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary to resolve customer issues.

4. Provide support on Company's Web & Mobile, and educate/guide customers on product and system navigation.

5.Provide support on forms enquiries/clarifications/rejections.

6.Follow internal procedures & guidelines, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers as well as colleagues at all times.

7.Any other tasks/duties that may be assigned.

8. Handle internal hotline to support Relationship Managers/Assistant Relationship Managers & Branches

Requirements:

1. Must have minimum 1 year experience in customer service in banking industry

2. Must be available to start immediately

Customer Service Coordinator

Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,300 + OT + AWS & variable Bonus
Working Days: Mon - Friday 9am -5.30pm | Alt Sat 9am – 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Attend to Customer’s enquires on product, RFQ and deliveries.
• Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation.
• Monitor and ensure outgoing shipments being delivered as prescribed.
• Monitor and ensure incoming shipments being cleared timely.
• Processing of invoice promptly.
• Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Performing of general housekeeping within the workplace and maintaining of a safe working environment.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 1 years of working experience in related field
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to commit OT as and when required
