Job Scope:
This role involves responsibilities in both customer service and administrative operations support . The ideal candidate will interact with individuals in various settings—such as clinics, hospitals, and events —ensuring exceptional service delivery while also assisting with administrative tasks. Candidates must be able to work independently to effectively fulfil the scope of this role.

[Customer Service]

• Engage with patients and non-patients through various channels, including phone calls, in-person interactions, and events.
• Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information to inquiries.
• Distribute promotional materials (e.g., flyers) at clinics, hospitals, and roadshows.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions to enhance customer experience.
• Be available for weekend engagements as needed.

[Administration & Operations Support]

• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Collaborate with team members on various operational projects to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall function of the organization.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma and above
• Good with IT/computer work
• Can run events
• Must have Tdap and MMR vaccinations - (otherwise company will provide)
