JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media representatives
• Plan and execute publicity campaigns to promote the company’s products, services, and initiatives
• Write and edit content for various PR materials, including press releases, speeches, articles, and social media posts
• Ensure all communications are consistent with the company’s brand and messaging
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging and informative content
• Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR activities
• Act as the primary point of contact during a crisis, managing communication with the media and the public
• Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and provide insights to improve the company’s public image

• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to HR management as needed
• Plan and organize job fairs to help boost company brand among candidates
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive work culture
• Prepare HR reports and metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment statistics
• Coordinate training programs and workshops, including scheduling sessions and managing logistics
• Assist in administering employee training and development programs to support career growth

• Manual bag checks
• Usage of security screening equipment for screening purposes
• X-ray screening of checked in luggages
• Any other security related roles at Airport
