Job Description

General Duties:

· The Personnel is to support students who require highly-individualised, targeted and intensive intervention and support. The Personnel will:

o Update the cases under his/her charge via case summary note.

o Ensure all engagement details are recorded in the case summary and email to members of SDT and school leaders.

o Promptly update or highlight to Year Heads if there is/are any self-harm or suicide ideation case or any cases that required immediate attention.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field, preferably from a Singapore-accredited institution.

Responsibilities :

· Assist Production Manager in production quality issue and others daily activities

· Coordinate in schedules meeting, monitor production output & lead time, maintaining other production standards and ensuring quality control

· Handling legal requirement matter such as local licensing, oversea product legal issue, new legal requirements, ISO, safety and others

· Improvement & upgrading of production plant, simplified the process or automation

· Evaluate and recommend digital system for process data recording, inventory and others

· Enhance the troubleshooting and maintenance in production plant

· Liaising with HOD to develop plans that improve production, costs and labour required

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Process

· At least 2 years of manufacturing experience

· Proficiency in MS Office, Auto-Cad

Job Scope:

• Support programme manager in coordination and administrative duties
• Manage publicity of events and schedule and set up of eDM/push notifications
• Collating data collected and extract data for reports/evaluations
• Ensure smooth operations of events and support on-ground events, if needed.
• Document frequently asked questions shared by vendor.
• Collate and verify supporting documents from vendors
• Management of mailbox queries on weekly basis
• Support team in any administrative tasks if required.

Requirements:

• Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
• Good customer service, communication, project management and time management skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Comfortable with use of IT system/s
