Job Requirement

1. The RTO shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

2. The RTO shall possess relevant work experience in the supervision of LTA Stations or PUB DTSS-TBM/Sewers-MTBM.

3. The RTO possessing work experience with TBM, deep excavations & foundations are highly preferred

Job Description

1. The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

4. The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.

Working hours:

*Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

*To provide support in general upkeep of equipment and workplace;
*To provide logistical support for school events and functions including arranging of furniture and equipment;
*To perform gate duties and traffic control to ensure safety of students moving in and out of the school premises.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

*Completed primary school education and preferably have some experience in general upkeeping of equipment/workplace, logistic or general operations support;
*Preferably be able to converse in English or Mandarin;
*Able to provide logistical support including arranging of furniture and equipment;
*Able to take instructions and duties assign by supervisor.

Duties and responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly payroll, CPF Contribution, IR8A / IR21.
• Handle staff expense claims and reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Prepare HR reports with manpower headcounts and costs to facilitate management decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions entry for Accountant
  Invoices / Reports / contact customers, supporting internal audits and compliance requirements.
• Control and process Accounts Receivable as well as Account Payable
• Follow-up closely with overdue debtors.
• Handle production costs calculation via setting up bill of materials
• Inventory management and recording into accounting system
• Liaise and Support with various departments on daily operation and reporting.
• Assist in preparing month-end reporting schedules including stock take.
• Participate in financial reviews and year end audits
• Maintain filing and documents tracking.
• Ad-hoc duties when required.

HR Responsibilities:

• Development of a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Maintain and update staff records in the HR database, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
• Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interview and onboarding new hires.
• Handle employee compensation and benefits, performance management, disciplinary letters & termination and safety compliance.
• Manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign staff with all the relevant documentations.
• Oversee employee leave management, medical claims, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, including maintaining HACCP, ISO and BizSafe certifications.
• Support employee relations, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
