Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

Job Description & Requirements

• To answer phone calls and make customer appointments at outlet.
• To be responsible, maintain, and upkeep proper records and details of customerpurchases.
• Provide after-sales support and attend to customers’ queries when necessary.
• To develop feedback or complaints procedures for customer
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

To take and carry out site supervision in accordance to the Project specification and BCA ACT & Regulation, and to the requirement of the contracts with the client.

To supervise in accordance to the Contract Specification and relevant Authorities. To assist the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE in all aspects relating to the construction of the projects.

Work closely with RE / SRE on day-to-day site operations.

Must be literate in English and have a good knowledge to use computer, computer software and MS Office.

Registered with JAC as a Resident Technical Officer.

Responsibilities

• The individual will play an integral role of a support function within the Collections Unit
• Working closely with the Collections Staff and Credit Head, the individual will primarily carry out the following tasks
• Liaising with external parties such as law firms, on legal actions taken on delinquent customers
• Supporting the collections staff on updating system records of our customers, upon receipt of updates from external sources such as the credit bureau, the commercial credit bureau, to name but a few examples
• Consolidation, and Reconciliation of Agency Commissions, Legal Fees, against actual activities carried out by the collections staff
• Other admin activities from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preference for individual with experience in the banking / finance industry
• Some experience in Debt Collections (within the banking / finance industry) will be a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing refunds
• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
• Handle HR-related inquiries professionally, focusing on payroll, leave, and employee benefits.
• Support HR onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
• Assist with HR projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving needs.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and Singapore labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and statutory filings with precision and confidentiality.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, always safeguarding sensitive employee information.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and discreetly managing sensitive information.
• Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
