Customer Service (Tuas Checkpoint) – Up to $3,000 Gross

Working Hours:

• 12-hour rotating shift (10am-10pm / 10pm-10am)
• Rotating schedule: 2 Day shifts, 2 Night shifts, 2 Off
• Open to candidates seeking Day or Night shifts (Shift allowance may not apply for permanent shifts)

Contract Duration:
1-year contract, renewable based on performance and operation needs.

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: Up to $3,000 (includes shift allowance, OT, performance bonuses, and incentives)
• Join-in bonus of $600 without penalties upon confirmation.
• Additional incentives: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Performance Bonuses
• Uniform provided for easy identification
• Company transport provided from Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT stations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the issuance of cards and collection of payments at our office booth
• Manage the collection of fees and fines for VEP, Toll, ERP at manned terminals
• Process digital applications for vehicle permits and enter motorists’ details accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by handling motorists’ queries
• Ensure smooth operation and workflow at the checkpoint

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in cashiering and customer service roles
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Only Singaporean may apply.
