Working Hours

General working hours will be from 7.45am to 4.45pm, working through Monday to Friday. Occasionally, the post holder will be required to work on evenings, weekends and public holidays during the exam period. If approved by the Line Manager, such work will be compensated by time in lieu.

Blackpanda seeks to hire a Chief Operations Officer (COO) capable of leading day-to-day operations across all departments with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency. The COO will be responsible for translating strategic decisions into actionable operational plans, ensuring that the company’s operations align with its strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have startup experience, particularly in early-stage companies from Series A to C, and a strong background in cybersecurity technology or services. Role and Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) is responsible for providing the overall direction of the organisation within the guidelines set up by the board of directors or a similar governing body.
