5. Support Kitchen Operations:

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support on kitchen operations and ensure cleaning activities do not disrupt food preparation.

6. Training and Improvement:

• Mentor and guide junior team members or temporary staff on proper cleaning procedures.

Qualifications:

· Basic Food Hygiene Cert required

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sanitation or facilities management is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Dual Certification and Registration:

The WSHO cum ECO must be registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer.

The individual must also be registered with the National Environment Agency (NEA) as an Environmental Control Officer.

2. Experience Requirement:

3. Ensuring Compliance with WSH and Environmental Legislation:

7. Incident Investigation and Reporting:

The WSHO cum ECO must investigate all safety, health, or environmental incidents, near misses, and accidents that occur on-site.

Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.

Ensure that all incidents are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements.

8. Collaboration and Communication:

Liaise with contractors, supervisors, workers, and external authorities to ensure all safety, health, and environmental standards are upheld.

· Prepare progress reports for their clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma with specialization in a relevant technical field.

• Civil Engineering N.E.C. (Including Construction Engineering, Construction Technology and Materials)

• At least 1-2 years of working experience as an RTO

• Able start immedialtly for 3- 6 months duration
