Inbound Call Centre
Working hours: Rotational shift, Mon – Sun
4 weekdays + 1 weekend (5 days per week)
Location: Changi / Jurong East
Duration: 12 months (Renewable / convertible)
Note: 3 months training

Working hours:

AM - 8AM to 8PM (8 hours working hours), example 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM

PM - 1PM to 12 Midnight (8 hours working hours), example 1PM to 10PM or 2PM to 11PM

Job Scope:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.
* Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.
* Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk

* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level or Higher Nitec
• At least 1 years of experience in call center setting
• Has experience dealing with KPI preferred

Job Description

• Officer to work in the Nutrition Food Science Department and assist teachers in the ordering of goods, housekeeping and food preparation for lesson.
• Officer to ensure the cleanliness of the workroom and that food are prepared in the safe manner

Requirements

• GCE N Level or equivalent
• Preferably have one year of work experience in the school environment
• Must be able to speak and write in English
• Must be able to use a computer for basic administration work

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm (except Wednesday), inclusive of half hour lunch break
• Wednesdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of half hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays unless it is a special school event.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle public phone enquires on medical reports requests
• Process medical report requests and follow up on medical report requests status
• Process duplication of medical records for patients
• Perform records management such as engage porter to deliver documents to patient care areas, archiving of document in e-MRO storage and tracing
• Sorting and scanning of documents into the electronic medical record system
• Perform indexing and Quality Control check (100%) on the scanned images
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and projects in the department.

Requirements

• At least a GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels, Professionals Certificate/NITEC.
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• IT literacy and numeracy including conversational, writing making electronic entries e.g. Record information on forms, charts and checklists
• Able to adapt quickly to changes and work in a fast-paced environment
