Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, pest management, landscaping, security, and related services.
• Examine and analyze reported issues and malfunctions to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Oversee contractors performing maintenance tasks to ensure the site is well-maintained and meets service quality standards.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing Office buildings
