Who We Need

Senior / System Support Officer provides technical support to end users on various issues and problems relating to computing devices and software application.

Operations

• To provide technical support to end users on various issues and problems relating to computing devices and software application if needed.
• To understand & provide Asset Management Lifecycle practice.
• To respond and resolve tickets in timely manner and according to Service Level Agreement.
