JOB DUTIES:

• Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, including name screening.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations for preventing money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Maintain and update customer data, including periodic KYC reviews.
• Handle account opening and closing procedures in the system.
• Manage updates to customers' static data, such as changes in signatories and addresses.
• Verify completeness of account opening documents and data.
• Coordinate with front office on original account documents and deferred documents.
• Exercise vigilance in client onboarding AML measures and escalate irregularities as necessary.
• Conduct AML-related reviews, including daily name screenings and risk modeling.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system launches or enhancements.
• Address inquiries from front office and other internal stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Private Banking segment.
• Strong understanding of Prevention of Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing principles.
