Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting sales by acquiring major brands of products and merchandise into Online platforms to increase the company distributor presence in the regional e-commerce industry.
• Constant gathering of market intelligence on industry trends, competitive development, and evaluation of potential business opportunities whenever arises.
• Responsible for sales presentation proposals and presenting sales pitches to clients/customers based on their requests and needs.
• Responsible for contract drafting proposal and negotiation.
• To plan and develop E-Commerce go-to-market business strategy to increase revenue, meet objectives together with Product Marketing Team
• Manage vendor accounts, understand vendors’ business objectives, pain points resolve issues quickly, and ensure continuous engagement and cultivation of strong rapport
• P&L Management & Sales Cadence: manage the sales pipeline and maintain revenue leadership. Provide regular reporting and forecasting to management

Experience Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any equivalent discipline
• Min 3-5 years work experience in Business Development / Marketing and team setup
• Mandatory requirement: Proven experience working with e-commerce enablers or marketplace platforms.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and good digital skills (Microsoft office, platform knowledge, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and trust-building ability.

Responsibilities

STRATEGY

• Support the creation, conceptualization and operation of key sales and growth development strategies related to the B1G1 SME program.
• Support the ideation, development and execution of vibrant regional and global community engagement opportunities and events that inspire and transform the business community.
• Support the development of key projects in the B1G1 SME Program that help further enhance, grow and deliver on B1G1’s strategic goals.

OPERATIONS

• Build, develop and maintain meaningful and long-lasting relationships with SME members to continuously grow the B1G1 Movement through referrals, additional B1G1 programs and partnership opportunities.
• Support SME Members as required, throughout the member lifecycle, maintaining engagement and actively identifying opportunities for greater growth, engagement and impact.
• Provide timely regional insights, feedback and development opportunities to enable the global headquarters in Singapore to accelerate the growth of the giving movement.
• Track and report key account metrics and prepare reports as required.
• Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee timely and successful delivery of solutions according to member needs and objectives.
• Implementing effective management of leads, referrals, and partnerships using the company CRM and other systems as needed.
• Support and ensure new sales strategies and programs are tested and implemented in a timely manner taking ownership of particular SME strategies or programs as required.
• Continuously seek to enhance the B1G1 SME program and engagement offerings, through regular feedback and suggestions through the Department Manager.
• Seek out and attend networking events and other opportunities to help grow the B1G1 brand awareness and Movement.
• Actively engage with and support development of the Partnerships Associate for the relevant region.
• Contribute to company initiatives, meetings and other requests outside of immediate role as needed.
• Ensure processes and procedures are kept up to date and contribute to updating this position description as needed.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent and articulate English speaker
• Working Rights Check for relevant country of work
• Tertiary level qualifications (preferably related to Communications) or relevant extensive experience (more than 3 years) in Sales and Customer Service.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in B2B client/support engagement.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, and sales management tools.
• Experienced and proficient with Key note/PowerPoint, Word, & Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – a clear, effective, and articulate communicator (English).
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with a varied audience around the world via phone, video, or face to face.
• Ability to swiftly learn new tools and systems – IT savvy.

Role details

Starting Salary Range: $4000-$6500 depending on skills, experience and qualifications. Plus additional unique B1G1 benefits.

Location of Work: Beside One-North MRT Station

General Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) – flexible

Objectives of this role

• Drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products
• Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process

Required skills and qualifications

Assisting the Customer Success Manager, working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and team members to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will develop and execute plans to enable staff to fully leverage Microsoft 365 packages in order to improve their personal productivity and team collaborations. You will also contribute to the successful execution and delivery of projects by effectively planning, coordinating, and managing all project-related activities. Responsibilities

• To improve staff personal productivity and team collaborations within the organization, this role encompasses various aspects, including training, support, optimization, security, usage monitoring, collaboration facilitation, integration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee and manage various IT projects within the organisation for enterprise applications and corporate desktop services.
• Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate staff on the features, functionalities, and best practices of Microsoft 365 packages. This includes creating training materials, organizing training sessions, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Monitor and evaluate usage: Track and analyze staff usage and adoption of Microsoft 365 packages. Generate reports and insights on usage patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any gaps and promote continuous learning and development.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Create detailed project schedules, milestones, and task dependencies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project members. Ensure effective information flow, timely decision-making, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks or issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of project activities including project plans, progress reports, change requests, decisions, and outcomes.
• Prepare progress reports to stakeholders & MT, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with 3 to 5 years of working experience 
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 packages, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA). Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools related to desktop operations is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail to identify and resolve project issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform end-to-end media preparation for post-production, such as encode, ingest, outgest and housekeeping of all video assets.
• Media traffic management in a centralized editing environment.
• Ensure that the metadata in Production Asset Management system are always optimized.
• Undertake basic editing and compilation of shots.

• Basic technical knowledge, preferably in non-linear editing or Video post-production.
• Preferably able to read Chinese scripts/cue sheets for shots assembly.
• Strong computing skills and the ability to plan and organize work efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to exercise independent judgment, particularly under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in two shifts (0700 – 1530hr; 1530hr – 2400hr) and alternate between 5 / 6 days work weeks.
• Required to work ad hoc hours and weekends for special and mega programs.
