Responsibilities:

• Project scheduling and resource planning for projects overall considering dependency of each of them
• Management of project issues
• Document creation and related adjustment in management reporting
• Setting CP or other criteria for evaluation
• Coordination with related departments and managements (Product team, Planning team etc)
• Responding to the authority’s requirements
• Support for other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Program Manager experiences in big projects such as core banking projects.
• Experience of leading all of the Program Manager tasks described in the “Responsibilities” by oneself
• Experiences in bank industry as a bank employee, or experiences of service provision to bank industry as a consultant

Objectives of this role

• Lead the planning and execution of an event, keeping in mind the role of a banquet manager
• Stand by the vision and ethos of the company, while planning any event
• Liaise with the banquet sales manager and director at all times
• Devise actionable plans to stay under budget
• Adhere strictly to the schedules and timelines as a banquet event manager

Responsibilities

• Plan the number of waiters, servers and other staff required as the director of banquets
• Monitor the placement of tables, décor, chairs and cutlery of an event, as per the theme and standards that are pre-defined
• Ensure that the documentation of the schedule and timelines are in place
• Collaborate with the chef and brief them on the various meal courses
• Negotiate with various vendors and train the banqueting assistants to do the same
• Adhere to local laws and regulations while executing the banquet manager's responsibilities

Required skills and qualifications

• Prior experience working as a banquet manager, assistant banquet manager, or in the hotel industry
• Certificate or diploma in catering, hospitality or a similar discipline
• In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and its common practices
• Impeccable decision-making skills and the ability to work long hours
• Able to work on public holidays or weekend.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in catering or hospitality
• Knowledge of common catering management software
• Outstanding negotiation and organisational skills

As the key driver of the outlet, he/she will be responsible for leading a team of full-time and part-time service crew and baristas to meet and/or exceed sales revenue, and to deliver a high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations at the assigned outlet
• Oversee staffing at the outlet including hiring and rostering
• Ensure the consistency and quality of food and beverage products and compliance with SFA regulations at all times
• Conduct regular product and service training and ensure that a high level of service standards at all times
• Manage operating expenses and be accountable for P&L
• Stock management - ordering and storage of products, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Respond and manage all customer feedback and enquiries - both online and offline
• Facilitate bookings, events and promotions in alignment with sales and marketing plan
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management and/or immediate superior

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Candidates who possess a Food Hygiene certificate will have an added advantage
• Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in specialty coffee industry
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, self-motivated and good people skills
