Key duties & responsibilities:

• Build and sustain client relationships and collaborate with other internal departments (finance, operations, product, HR) where necessary to resolve other client-related matters.

• Travel to our customer venue and set up equipment (such as bubbleball, kinball, football, tchoukball etc etc)
• Brief cleaning of our equipment before the program
• Supervise the program while our qualified Coaches conduct the activity
• After the program retrieve all equipment, basic quick cleaning after the program, and travel back to our office.

You will be hired as an independent contractor. Your hourly fee is typically $12/hour (at least) - more if you are able to undertake as a solo IC, and will a typical program is 4-5 hours, and will start from the time u arrive at our office, until you fall out from the program (either from the venue or our office – depending on our requirements).

Role Overview: As an Assistant Event Planner you will be reporting and working

together with the Senior Event Manager to develop, build and run various events and

campaigns for the brand, both internal and external on top of other adhoc marketing

activities. The role is a collaborative one where new ideas and event concepts can be

trialled and tested to see what works in each space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Event Manager in project management and operations of various events
• Sourcing for potential vendors
• Liaising and working with hired vendors for the various events
