Primary Objective

Responsible for overseeing the building of large construction projects, such as commercial structures, roadways, and bridges.

Involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation, and worker coordination.

Supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

Ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.

Key Activities

• Determine and define scope of work and deliverables, manage construction schedule and activities

Skills & Requirements: -

• Previous experience gained in a Project Management position within the Civils’ sector (related to HDB, LTA authorities)
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Min 8 years of experience in project management within construction

Roles & Responsibilities

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Assistant Vice President, Finance on overseeing the financial management reporting of the group companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate Group and Company post-closing analysis monthly, quarterly, yearly management reporting and presentation materials
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting historical and current financial data of Company and Group performance with detailed financial status reports
• Assisting Assistant Vice President with the following:

You will be part of a dynamic team with dual responsibility to:

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Policy and Programme Analysis: Analyse policy issues, engage with stakeholders to gather inputs, assess current gaps and provide recommendations.

• Programme Management: Oversee the administration of grants such as Support for Productivity Solutions Grant – Job Redesign (PSG-JR) to appointed programme partners. • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyse programme performance using key performance metrics and use data for decision-making. Interprets trends and patterns to develop insights and action plans.
