RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for co-developing, monitoring and evaluation of the strategic initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, you will analyse trends, opportunities and develop plans to achieve long-term objectives. • Identify THKMC strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to work cohesively towards achieving strategic objectives.

5. Reporting and Communication:

• Track performance of strategic initiatives. Construct & update THKMC Management dashboard for monitoring & reporting KPIs.
• Prepare Strategic Planning and Transformation (SPT) discussion & presentation papers. Partner Secretariat(s) to table SPT presentations & updates of THKMC Management dashboard

The role involves managing all legal aspects of the Group's business, including M&As, JVs, and investments, as well as handling general corporate legal matters and compliance. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, managing litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external counsel. About the role

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in developing SPH’s mid- to long-term business strategies. Your role will involve aligning these strategies with SPH’s priorities and driving the initiatives necessary to support SPH’s evolution in its news media industry.
