Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or GCE O Level qualification in any field.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry, with exposure to handling client feedback and resolving complaints.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with diverse associates and clients.
• Organised, dependable and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation and documentation.

F&B Outlet Operation Executive:

We are looking for a dedicated F&B Operations Manager to lead our F&B Chain outlets, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused operation. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, from team management and inventory control to financial oversight and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: oversea operations of all F&B outlet, ensure compliance, manage inventory, cost control, ensure timely food preparation.
• Customer Services: address any concerns promptly.
• Team Management: Supervise kitchen supervisors and staff, performance evaluations, scheduling, attendance and labour cost.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks, monitor menu consistency, implement improvement initiatives.

• Admin Task: Maintain all records, prepare outlet report, liaise with various department for marketing events.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, working process or management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
