As an Architecture Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with architectural design, drafting & submission, documentation, site coordination, attend meetings and record minutes. The successful candidate will have at least a polytechnic qualification in architecture and 1-2 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with architectural & Interior design and drafting.
• Prepare architectural drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on project development and implementation through emails and meetings.
• Conduct site visits and document site conditions.
• Assist with project management and coordination.
• Bonus if candidate is able to liaise directly with client for interior projects.

Qualifications:

• Min Polytechnic qualification in architecture.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, preferably using either Lumion or Enscape for Render.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in IT contract management, procurement, or vendor management.
• Procurement Experience on IT Hardware / Software.
• Experience in IT vendor services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
