Key Responsibilities:

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using Autocad
• To do colour scheme confirmation
• To tick off quantity of layouts
• Placing order for projects
• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
• Attend site and coordination meeting

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

• Diploma/Degree in any field

• Planning and executing the year’s event calendar.
• Organise or co-organise external B2B or B2C events that raise awareness or revenue generation.
• Optimizing the leads funnel for B2C and B2B business leads.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

• Liaison with external vendors to manage our campaigns, including SEO, copywriting, events, and online sales.
• Oversee the production of valuable and engaging content for our social media, website & blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
