The EP ensures strict alignment with the project’s vision and manages key stakeholders involved in the project. The EP will be found at the forefront of any experience production and conceptualization process and ensures that all financial aspects adhere to the approved direction of the project. The EP plans the realization of a project, partnering with the Design Leads and other functional team leaders, from the exploration phase till the implementation and opening of a show.

Role Responsibilities

• Drives the development of a project from exploration to realization, overseeing from the early inception all the way to their completion (at whatever phase of our design blueprint) and at the highest level of professional conduct and practice.
• Identify the best creative collaborators and other design experts, in conjunction with the production team to realize projects and works actively toward the planning of the best concepts and experiences.
• Collaborate with relevant brand owner/s to create overall experience, lead discussions, and manage approval processes and deliverables.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as NEON core country leaders, various functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Retail, etc).
• Contribute to the Braintrust and C-Suite discussing potential projects and strategy implementations, topics, and content to develop, and strategic commercials considerations.
• Understand the financial objectives and offer strategies to meet or exceed them while never compromising on the valuable guest experience.
• Managing the overall show production process, including commenting on the general tone of the experience and exhibition, and identifying business, operation, and design opportunities to leverage.
• Ensuring the project stays within budget and on schedule leading up to the opening of the show.
• Drive efficiency and improve quality by implementing tools, best practices, internal frameworks, components, and standards.
• Maintain relationships with key external vendors ensuring all deliverables are met.

Required Education and Experience:

• Beyond exceptional experience in production, business, and creative roles:
• Superb organizational skills with the ability to create executive presentations, budget summaries, production plans, multi-project timelines, etc.
• A confident, professional, and persuasive communication style with senior leaders and team members.
• A passion for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to remain flexible and calm in high-pressure situations and adjust as multiple moving parts consistently change (start-up).
• Work in a global top-tier production environment with the ability to work off hours and weekends as necessary.
• 10 years+ of experience in designing installations, exhibits, interventions, immersive theater, or immersive installations, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in experiential design, theater, exhibition design, set design, visual arts, performing arts, film, video gaming, exhibit, graphic design, environmental design, museum installation, computer art, product design or related field, highly desirable.

The Clinic Assistant will be the responsible for providing excellent patient care (non-clinical) at the centre. Responsible for:

• Liaison with patients and their family members on appointments with the doctors and other associated diagnostic services.
• Following up with third parties and tracing of results
• Taking basic parameters for patients such as blood pressure, temperature, height and weight
• Assist patients with registrations, billings and insurance claims enquiries.
• Financial counselling on medisave/medishield and insurance coverage matters
• Verification of patients’ information into the Clinic system.
• Provide assistance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure claims process is in order.
• Support finance in medical claims including preparing invoices for claim submission, claim submissions, preparing LOGs, communicating with insurers, following up on payment.

Scope of work:

• Create engaging content (photos, reels, videos, flat-lays etc) for social media platforms
• Execute photography and/or videography on shoot days
• Retouch and edit your own output with superior precision, paying rigorous attention toward product details (actual colours, creases, flaws) and model skin-tones
• Colour matching, ensuring the shot images are accurate to the actual product
• Be part of the planning for catalog and campaign shoots, including site recces and prop sourcing as needed
• Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Volunteer Management

• Maintain and grow volunteer base through outreach to individuals, community-based groups, and large corporates

• Implement volunteer management policies, practices, and processes

• Execute and evaluate volunteer publicity and recruitment efforts, orientation, training, volunteer recognition and engagement activities

• Assess in-house requirements for volunteers, and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteers/volunteer partnerships

• Manage volunteer database and prepare timely and consolidated progress reports on budget and statistics

• Be the custodian of the Volunteer inbox, relevant EDMs, and Telegram channel

• Ensure that volunteers are matched with suitable opportunities that are in line with their interests/skills so as to increase positive volunteer experiences

• Support efforts to drive volunteer-to-donor conversion
