Job Description:

• Operate and maintain print-room equipment, including printers, copiers and binding machines
• Maintain inventory of printing supplies and materials
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and store the digital files in the appropriate locations
• Ensure timely completion of print and scan jobs according to requestors’ specifications
• Manage the movement of physical documents, including overseeing handovers and keeping records of the documents’ movements.
• Coordinate with teams or executives to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of documents, as well as handle related operations and logistics
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc / additional tasks as directed by the supervisor(s)

Work Schedule:

• Salary: $2390 / month
• Period duration: 6 months
• Location: Upper Pickering Street
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30 am to 6 pm; Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Job Requirement:

• Basic knowledge of printing processes, mail handling and scanning.
• Past work experiences in print-room, scanning, and/or mailroom operations would be an advantage.
• Experienced in using document management software such as Adobe Acrobat, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Custom Brokerage/Declaring Agent

- HQ office located at Taiseng, near with Taiseng MRT

- Desk bound job.

- Perform customs permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner with full compliance.

- Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance

- Preparing airfreight/seafreight shipping documents for both import and export.

- Attending to customers enquiry and feedback via physical contact, email, phone calls and maintaining an excellent rapport with customers.

- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines

- Keeping the customers notified of all relevant customs circulars, notices and updates as received.

- Reviewing internal team performance, operational work processes established and implementing necessary control measures for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- 5.5 working day, alternate Saturday

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

- Expect overtime on a regular basis
