• Talent Acquisition (80%)

1. Manage end to end recruitment cycle – hunt for prospective talents, manage job postings, arrange & conduct interviews, negotiate hiring offers, conduct orientations and on/off board team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely in accordance with established procedures
• Verify vendor invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues

As a Freight Executive at Mercantile Pacific Asia, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and logistics of electronic goods and components. Your primary focus will be on coordinating shipments, negotiating with carriers and freight forwarders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to streamline freight operations and optimize transportation processes for the electronics refurbishing industry. Job Description: Logistics Executive

Work Location:Singapore

Reporting Structure:Direct report to Group SCM Head; functionally reports to Logistics Manager who are based in Durapower-Suzhou.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review logistics and product information, develop logistics plans, and select transport modes.
