About the role

Accounts Executive / Accountant

Location: West

Basic up to: $3500-$4300

• Responsible in maintaining the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
• Work with the team to ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management.
• Keep track of accruals and prepayments.
• Assist with General Ledger and Bank reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements report.
• Preparation of quarterly GST submission and other statutory tax matters.
• Handle administrative accounting / office duties (expenses, claims, etc)
• Assist in preparing audit schedules.
• Coordinate and liaise with auditor / tax agent / IRAS / any external parties whenever required.
• Ensure timely and accurate month end closing.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Business Studies/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Candidates with related experiences in general accounting will have advantage.
• Candidates with good working experience may be consider for Accountant role.
