The Assistant Accountant reports to the Accountant to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll or other accounting tasks. We are looking for a responsible Administration Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to the team, assisting in daily office needs, managing our company’s general administrative activities and ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the company. Critical skillset includes bilingual in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

【Responsibilities and Duties】

- Provide general support to visitors

As a Category/Space Management Executive, he/she will work closely with buyers on sales and space utilization review of product categories to achieve targets set in category plans, manage maintenance of home shelf and promotion planograms in accordance to schedule and ensure planogram changes are implemented smoothly and on-time, as well as responsibility on the analysis report.

What Awaits You:

1. Effective range and assortment planning for planogram. Proper planning on execution with follow ups to ensure smooth process on Planogram Change as per schedule.

• Support in the timely maintenance and execution of all planograms to stores weekly via Spaceman Program

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Planning and Implementation

• Develop and implement Outreach plan/follow-up visits to seniors in the identified blocks.
• Develop and implement annual calendar plan of social and health activities for seniors.
• Ensure that the programmes and activities meet the performance indicators and operating guidelines issued by MOH, AIC, or MSF via their reporting systems, etc.
• Establish and motivate seniors to run mutual help groups.
• To conduct regular outreach to the seniors in identified HDB blocks/Private residences with the aim of registering all seniors within its service boundary and carry out regular visits to vulnerable and socially isolated seniors to monitor their well-being.

Volunteer Development

• Recruit, interview and screen potential volunteers.
• Establish networks with local community-based services/resources, such as grassroots, social services, corporate organisations and schools, to engage volunteers to help run or assist in the programmes.
• Provide and coordinate orientation of volunteers to their assigned role and the mission and objectives of the AAC.
