Responsibilities

Accounts Payables (AP) Invoice Processing:

• Verify and match AP invoices with purchase orders, delivery orders and goods receipt in SAP system
• Communicate and liaison with internal departments and /or external vendors on invoice related matters
• Input the matched invoices into SAP system for payment processing
• Review vendors’ statement of accounts

Others:

• Scanning and archiving of documents
• Assist in monthly stocktake count (on rotation basis)
• Assist in compiling import permit data for monthly GST reporting

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Prior relevant AP experience in invoice or payment processing will be an advantage
• Experience in SAP preferred
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail • Good team player

Job Description:

• Liaise with Users and Vendors for Procurement related activities.
• Solicit best bids in accordance with the company’s standard procurement policies and procedures.
• Address clearly the agreed specification requirements, terms and conditions to Vendors.
• Assist Procurement Manager to prepare and conduct bids evaluation analysis.
• Organize technical and commercial clarification meetings with vendor if required.
• Expedite for vendors’ quotations and users’ decision in accordance to agreed timeline.
• Assist Procurement Manager to prepare procurement related documents.
• Manage proper e-filing of Procurement related documents.
• Assist to archive hardcopy of old RFQ documents and organise vendors’ samples.

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma/Degree Holders.
• Meticulous with strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Able to multi-task and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, passion to develop a career in Procurement.
• Proficient with MS Office software and other relevant applications.
• Willing to work during events day for assigned event duties.
• Office is located at Changi Airport Terminal 2.

Job Description

· Provide assistance to passengers with special needs to/from flights

· Provide buggy services, to assist ferry passengers with to/from flights

· Assist in various special services duties to passengers (e.g. disable/ paraplegic passengers, unaccompanied minors, young passengers, non-English speaking passengers, and elderly passengers, etc)

Requirements

· Relevant hands-on experience in related field

· Diploma or Degree Holders without experience but with strong willingness to learn are also welcome, training will be provided

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Able to accept 6 days rotating shift working hours as required by airport’s operations (Morning shift, afternoon shift and midnight shift) including public holiday

Job description:

• Quote and secure new business (from new customers or increased share from existing customers)
• Liaise with customers on air/sea import/export shipment instructions
• Coordinate with internal CS/Ops teams and vendors to execute shipments
• Resolve problems when they crop up (rare but sometimes will happen at night / weekends)
• Build and maintain key customer relationships and gather market information

Requirements:

• Minimum education in Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding/logistics
• Self-motivated and possess a positive customer-oriented mind set

• OTHER AD-HOC DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY TRAFFIC MANAGERS/COORDINATORS
