As a Partnership and Engagement Executive, you will focus on building and strengthening relationships between ZBSchools and educators, encouraging active subscriptions and utilisation of our online portal ZBSchools.sg as a teaching resource. This includes managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as the Ministry of Education, other education institutions and cultural organisations. You will also be involved in commercial projects and partnerships and will be required to create pitch decks, funding papers, and proposals for client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Educators and Schools Engagement

○ Establish and foster positive relationships with educators to drive subscriptions and encourage the use of ZBSchools.sg for teaching purposes.

○ Conduct regular outreach to schools and educational institutions to showcase ZBSchools’ resources and benefits.

○ Compile and document actionable insights from teachers’ feedback through informal or formal channels (e.g surveys or user interviews)

2. Partnerships Management

○ Serve as the point of contact for ZBSchools’ relationships with key external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Education, teaching organisations and other educational partners.

○ Craft proposals to secure support from relevant agencies or funding organizations .

○ Compile reports, track, and monitor deliverables to ensure that all commitments to stakeholders are met effectively and on schedule.

3. Proposal Development and Client Pitch

○ Develop pitch decks and proposals for client meetings and business development opportunities.

○ Work closely with the editorial team to develop customized pitch materials that emphasizes the value of ZBSchools products and platforms to prospective clients.

○ Track and ensure client requirements are delivered on time

4. Event Support and Representation

○ Coordinate and manage outreach initiatives, workshops, or presentations that promote ZBSchools’ offerings.

○ Craft publicity materials e.g. EDMs and collaterals with inputs from team

Requirements:

● Degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; minimally 1 year of relevant work experience in the education sector, especially in roles involving stakeholder management or partnership development

● Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken) as this role supports Chinese publications

● A keen interest in helping students achieve a strong foundation in Chinese.

● Ability to design simple EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) or publicity collaterals for outreach events.

Requirements

Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in a related area (project management, medical device, pharmaceutical biotechnology etc)
• Proven working experience as a project manager with successful projects accomplishment history and ability to champion cross-functional project team by deploying the project management processes
• A PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is preferred.

Skills/Accreditations

• Capable of actively collaborating with various stakeholders, demonstrating a servant leadership mindset
• Self-starter and the ability to proactively drive initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills
• Advanced data analysis skill and MS Excel skills
• Strong business acumen and financial analytical skill
• Knowledge and experience in medical device industry is a plus
• Basic finance knowledge will be an advantage
• Comfortable working across global site locations and time zones

Academic Qualifications

• At least bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management

Travel requirements

• Up to 20% of time

Deployment:

Scope of Works:

Reception

1. Manage the reception counter at the school’s General Office in accordance to MOE’s and the school’s operating procedures, rules, and regulations.
2. Keep the reception counter clean, tidy and presentable and maintain the necessary stationery, forms and material at the counter.
3. Perform customer service role in answering, screening, forwarding or taking down messages of incoming phone calls in a polite, respectful and professional manner.
4. Provide customer service support to walk-in students, teachers, parents, visitors and school stakeholders in a polite, respectful and professional manner with care and empathy.
5. Attend to unwell or injured students and render first aid if needed.
6. Contact parents of unwell students to be taken home or students who have been absent from school.
7. Maintain the sick bay including first aid supplies
8. Administer lost and found items and maintain records.
9. Maintain safety and security by directing visitors, including contractors, delivery men, parents, etc to wait at the designated waiting area and call relevant staff to meet or pick them up.
10. Liaise and work with the Security Officer to ensure that approval is granted by school before any student is allowed to leave school early.

General Administration

1. Handle general office administrative tasks such as receiving and directing of incoming mails/packages and goods, managing and distributing notifications and letters to teachers’ trays, filing, collating and printing of documents.
2. Attend to outgoing and incoming faxes.
3. Maintain the mail trays and form trays in the General Office.
4. Monitor and collate submission of forms by students.
5. Pack and distribute information, posters, leaflets etc. for students and teachers.
6. Support in sign-in and sign-out of coaches and instructors and relief teachers attendance.
7. During off-peak period, support back-end Admin in general admin work.
8. Support housekeeping for admin office and stores.
9. Assist in data entry, record keeping and filing of documents.
10. Support school events and any duties as assigned by school.
