Job Overview

The Human Capital and Operations Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, processes, and administrative functions within the organization. This role includes handling incoming and outgoing shipping and procurement, managing the recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management, and overseeing efficient office and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Management:
