Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's procurement needs, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely communication and prompt resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, implement initiatives, and track and report on key procurement performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to source and identify new products and new suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of food products and ingredients to make informed purchasing decisions and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Optimize inventory levels by implementing effective demand forecasting methods and maintaining accurate records of stock levels, usage, and lead times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with other departments.
• Perform good receiving operation, all necessary documentation processing and ERP system input
• Ensure stock inventory is accurate and up to date and generate stock inventory reports for management
• Liaise with Finance for invoicing and payment matters

Seeking a Payment Ops Executive to manage financial operations, drive excellence, and implement strategies for our flagship payment gateway

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support day to day operations related to global customer payments and payment gateways
• Work with the engineering, community and operations teams to identify operational areas of improvement and create and monitor new processes to keep teams as efficient as possible
• Perform bank and payment provider reconciliations and investigate any issues that are identified
• Assist with running new integrations through testing before launch
• Exercise maintenance of current integrations and operations and identify areas of improvement based on current practices
• Implement and execute processes related to internal audits, quality control, compliance and training

Requirements

• 2 years in Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Treasury management, or similar areas OR
• 2 years of experience working in the crypto space, with a strong understanding of the underlying technologies behind the largest cryptocurrencies
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and financial skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve results
• Able to perform under pressure when required

Job Description

• Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations managing and maintaining daily site operations to ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Manage and liaise with contractors for repairs of facility and equipment
• Conduct regular daily checks and inspections on grounds to ensure effective management of the facility, common areas
• Monitor service contractors and sub-contractors working on site
• Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the prescribed checklist and schedule
• Source for quotations and recommend to award maintenance work to the competent service provider
• Ensure full compliance under the building statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly reports
• Process & co-ordinate tenancy fit out/additions & alterations/reinstatement work
• Upkeep and maintain fitting out manual and building records
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Real Estate/ Facilities Management /Building Services /Engineering or relevant working experience
• 2 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate would be added advantage
• Able to start work immediately or with a short notice period

Qualifications:
