• Understand production process to assist with operation adjustments or improvement
proposals due to demands from other stakeholders
• Ensure data entry by Production shift staff is timely and accurate
• Assist Department Leader with compilation of monthly production reports
• Assist Department Leader with data collection and report preparation for in-process
studies and experiments, when required
• Ensure that safety procedures, regulations and other legal obligations are complied

Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering, Applied Science or other related discipline
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skill required.
• Office 365 and Power Platform knowledge is an advantage
• Language: English, Mandarin
• Report writing competency

Responsibilities:

• Prepare full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL, account reconciliation, FA registration)
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents
• Prepare monthly payments by Internet banking or cheque payment
• Monitor cash flow and bank accounts
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST returns, ECI, and Tax computation
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercises as per corporate guidelines

Requirements:

• Account-related qualification with 4 years of experience in Account field (Recognised Degree or Diploma in accountancy/ ACCA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work independently
• Proficiency in SAP B1 will be preferred. An internal SAP consultant will provide SAP training

Job Description

• To develop and implement internal IT operating procedures at Company level with provision of training to all employees.
• Responsible for managing the company’s entire network systems, including but not limiting to hardware configurations and software installations.
• Issuance of IT assets to new hires and collection IT assets
• Responsible for researching, diagnosing and troubleshooting to identify solution(s) to resolve system and/or network issues within the company.
• Act as a liaison between 3rd-part vendor and internal staff during problem escalation until issue is resolved with proper documentation.
• Coordinate warranty services and perform health checks by monitoring availability and functionality of the network systems.
• To manage and keep proper log records of IT issues for traceability and audit purposes.
• Any other relevant duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field.
• Equips with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience with extensive knowledge in computer hardware systems and familiarity in general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages and office software applications.
• Has good IT and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate project management skills, goal-oriented, and possesses strong delivery/milestone focus
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management skills, good collaborative team spirit, and a can-do attitude.

The Job

• Handle loan documentations related to Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products
• Regulate the form and contents of hire‑purchase agreements and the rights in accordance to Hire Purchase Act
• Process loan applications and verify data entry to ensure proper documents submission are correct and in place
• In charge of data entry and document filing
• Responsible for all the data record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for issues pertaining to discrepancies, short payment or collection arrangements
• Assist with sales admin processes
• Engage close interactions, coordinating with inter-department and external customers to ensure smooth day to day operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification Diploma with 2 years experience in Hire Purchase in vehicle, Credit Loan or other loan products
• Strong in English, able to write, type and speak fluently
• Similar experience in the automotive industry and credit/loan experience is an advantage
