Club Executive (Programmes & Marketing), Changi Airport Recreation Club

You will be an employee of CARC. As Club Executive (Programmes & Marketing), your key responsibilities include:

· Managing customer relations

o Attend to enquiries via phone, email or at Reception Counter

o Assist customers with membership transactions, facility bookings, services and payment

· Reporting maintenance and facilities faults to the relevant parties

· Opening and closing the Club at the end of the day when on duty

· Assisting Club Manager to prepare attendance and revenue reports

· Assisting in planning and organizing programmes and activities to drive revenue and member engagement

· Plan, Upload & Update Club’s marketing and communications on social media, website and through airport partner channels

· Map out forward-looking calendar of events to provide MC with an activities outlook

Past experience or training in event management, event facilitation (e.g. emcee) would be advantageous

Requirements:

· Relevant work experience in customer service

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Able to work shift duties (morning/night shift) including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting onto application (i.e., Oracle Hyperion Financial Management) on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Preparation of monthly accounting journals
• Collate data for monitoring of actual performance with budget and forecast numbers including but not limited to:Costs trackers to track actual spending against plan.
  KPI against targets
  
• Liaise and follow up with shared services on outstanding payments and receipts.
• Prepare balance shseet and audit schedules, and inter-company reconciliation
• Assist the team in coordinating and compiling data/ information for yearly statutory reporting such as audit and tax.
• Any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities:

QMS Maintenance and Administration

• Ensure proper administration of QMS for the facility in accordance to the procedure
• Maintain up to date master lists and proper control of all released QMS documents
• Process owner of Quality-related SOPs and conduct regular reviews in accordance to procedure
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure proper review of operational SOPs and continuing compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements e.g. PIC/S GMP guide and customers’ quality requirements
• Review and approve all work-related materials for display on the Healthcare site
• Ensure handling of pharmaceutical products adheres to QMS and IATA requirements

QMS Training and Development

• Prepare and administer relevant SOP, Quality and GMP refresher training for Healthcare Hub staff
• Ensure that training records for all staff in the Healthcare Hub are maintained and up to date
• Ensure appropriate administration and execution of structured training programme for all work functions in collaboration with Operations

Supplier Assessment

• Assess new suppliers according to the procedure

Equipment/System Qualification, Calibration and Maintenance

• Ensure proper management of equipment/system qualification and validation according to the relevant requirement
• Ensure that the environmental monitoring, pest control, cleaning, and equipment maintenance are performed and documented as per requirement and procedure
• Conduct quality review to ensure equipment calibrations/preventive maintenance are done per the stipulated frequency in the procedure

Requirements:

• Diploma in Science or related field
• Minimum 1-2 year of Quality working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, able to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
