- Complete Declaration at stipulated rate per day and per hour with full compliance.

- Maintain account assigned for exception declarations.

- Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance

- Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage- related services

- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines

Requirements:

- Knowledge in Mircosoft Excel is a must

- Expect overtime on a regular basis

· Assist with the documentation of purchases and reports showing ordering trends

· Assist to update reports

· Assist to support and coordinate shipments of purchase

· Communicate with the Operations and Sales team to compare deliveries and identify discrepancies

· Maintain records for easy retrievals

· Support in any purchasing related administrative tasks

· Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned

Responsibilites:

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures
• Establish contacts with house guests/ long staying guests and renders assistance when neccessary
• Make courtesy calls to guests
• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations
• Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries
