Job Description:

1) Provide professional consulting services for start-up business ventures in business incorporation, business plan, business operation and application of relevant working passes.

2) Paperwork regarding Entrepass application and appeal, employment pass application and appeal, SP application, WP application and other related pass application, appeal, and renewal.

3) Prepare and review business plan, appeal letter and other supporting documents regarding Entrepass application and employment pass application.

4) Customer Relationship Management,handling customer complaints and solving problems.

5) Apply linguistic skills to produce concise and accurate translation.

Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business Management or Back to Applications

· Certificate of Employment Intermediaries(CEI) holder is preferred.

· At least one (1) year of working experience in related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Process support:

• Read, understand and analyze HR process as per the business rules as a subject matter expert.
• Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor.
• Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queries
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
• Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment.
• Train the team members on process updates.
• Ensure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
• Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls
• Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process as an SME.
• Participates in various internal initiatives related to Process.
• Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.

Team support:

• Plan proper allocation of work.
• Support Team lead / Manager with Daily stats / reporting and MOS.
• Enrich team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of each others' responsibilities.
• To be available on the floor through the day to resolve process related issues.
• Participate in Team building activities.
• Create effective QC and Audit mechanism within process to ensure delivery on SLA’s.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Basic Bookkeeping
• To perform administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, documents filing
• Efficient document management such as printing and filing of the documents
• Process payments to suppliers
• Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing.
• Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments.
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor
