The Commercial Distribution Division is responsible for the growth of commercial businesses across multiple channels including Bancassurance, Intermediaries, Direct channels and Partnerships.

It is also responsible for providing holistic, bespoke insurance solutions for its commercial customers, delivering service excellence and increasing market awareness of UOI to achieve customers’ trust and recognition.

Job Purpose

As an Assistant Manager in the Commercial Distribution Division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to support revenue growth and to achieve customer satisfaction. This includes servicing support to grow new customers, to retain existing customers and to drive transformation process in line with the Company’s objectives.

Main responsibilities

• Assist Division Head to achieve the GWP and underwriting profit budget set by the Company.
• Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders to promote the sale of insurance products.
• Visitation of clients.
• Strengthening of business relationships with clients.
• Work alongside division to support business underwriting – underwriting of client centric growth and profitability.

Requirements

The Assistant Chief Engineer supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining overall maintenance operations of entire Hotel facility, including guest rooms, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, fire protection system, kitchen equipments, emergency power system, sewage system and related equipment in accordance with guest service, preventive maintenance and energy conservation standards and programs.
