JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan and execute risk-based process audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments according to the annual audit plan.

2. Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with policies and procedures.

3. Gather relevant audit evidence and document in audit working papers to support audit findings and conclusion.

REQUIREMENTS

Summary:

• Provide support and manage project

• Follow up with clients in timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.

• Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

• Manage delivery of the project according to project plan.

• Track project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

• Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.

• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

• At least 1 year experience in handling software projects

• Good understanding of programming , new technology trends / applications etc and with .basic cybersecurity & network knowledge.

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access

• Able work independently and with other both indoor and outdoor locations

• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment

• Able to work with deadlines and pressure

• Good working attitude and self-motivated

The responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager include managing projects with the given methodology (waterfall or agile), managing schedules (milestone or sprints), maintaining risk/issue logs and completing regular internal/external status reports.

Job description:

• Coordinate actions and discussions around project changes within the project team and associated sales team as needed.
• Understand the customer’s success criteria and status reporting.
• Actively monitors the needs and expectations of the customer.
• Works with Resource Management Office (RMO) to ensure adequate project staffing.
• Accurately maintain all processes, approvals and system tools related to specific projects.
• Coordinate kick-off and onboarding meetings.
• Coordinate with client and team members.
• Update client on project term and budget consumption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with 2-4 years of working experience in a project coordination/management role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and building relationships.
• Coordinate with geographically distributed teams and assist in training and coaching to achieve project goals.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse, global, cross-functional teams.
• Possesses project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master is a plus.
• Knowledge in open source products is a plus.

Duties and responsibilities

• Check, tally AR daily Collection on bank statement, cash book.

• Prepare Monthly AR Aging Report and generate Customer Statement of Accounts.

• Monitor customer activities through our Fleetnetic system.

• Follow up closely for customer aging with sales team.

• Check coding and post invoices from Fleetnetic system into Autoline.

• Prepare monthly bulk collection and monitor collection status.

• Monitor AR balance for both Autoline and Fleetnetic system.

• Perform Monthly billing to all inter-company (Recoverable, Rental and other ad-hoc billing).

• Update Interco AR transactions.

• Updating Outstanding balance for insurance and monitor Interco collection.

• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

Skill Required

• GCE O levels or Diploma qualification.

• Min. 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

• Independent, analytical and a positive working attitude.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Good time management and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high voluminous transactions to meet deadlines.

• Good team player with good communication and initiative.

• Performed detailed work with accuracy and speed.

• This position may required to communicate with counter part in China
