Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts outdoor site-visits to reach out to existing and new clients with direct marketing tools
• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries

• Actively involved with tender submissions and new digital/traditional marketing campaigns

The Senior Event Executive supports the planning and delivery of themed events and daily programmes at B2B trade shows. Working alongside Sales, Marketing and Operations divisions, the Senior Event Executive will be part of a team that develops trade show programmes and help ensure all elements are aligned to create a successful Event.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pre-Event and Post-Event

• Overall project management and execution of themed activities  
• Manage project critical paths
• Sponsor and stakeholder relationship management
• Administer and follow up on contractual commitments  
• Work with marketing team on marketing and communication of the programmes
• Production of POSM items and other event materials, including event brochure, rule books, food menus, badges, tickets, signage, posters, certificates, gifts, prizes, maintenance of event website etc 
• Source vendors and manage ordering and production processes
• Liaise with all stakeholders to ascertain event requirements and ensure that standards are maintain and deadlines are met 
• Manage and administer online registration and participant database
• Plan venue layouts and programme schedules
• Plan event operations and logistics
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for operational requirements
• Plan and arrange for on-site manpower and other resources

During Event

• On-site event management to ensure successful execution of the event
• Coordinate with internal and external personnel for on-site operations such as venue and equipment setup, signage, delivery arrangements, IT/communication equipment, transportation, registration needs, secretariat requirements, meals, etc.
• Manage manpower and other resources on-site
• Work with vendors, internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programmes
• Manage event related arrangement for international delegates/participants
• Preparing delegates/participants information packs and papers
• On-site management of event from start to end, managing the flow of sessions, oversee registration, ensure all requirements are met, liaison with vendors etc.

As a Reservations Assistant Manager, you will assist the Reservations Manager in managing daily operations of the Reservations Department, including providing support, coaching and training of the Reservations Agents. The role encompasses all aspects of reservations for the hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and concise records of all reservations, assisting with inquiries and bookings in a timely manner, liaising with key departments, establishing strong relationships with our clients, and displaying exceptional phone and customer service skills, while being instrumental in the implementation of operational plans to meet Hotel sales and revenue targets.

• Cater to room inquiries and reservations on a daily basis received via telephone calls and emails
• Full utilization of Opera PMS for creating and updating room reservations
• Ensures all guest inquiries and complaints receive prompt action and follow-up.
• Timely submission of the weekly itinerary and weekly reports
• Coordinates with other departments of the hotel to ensure efficient guest service.

The position is responsible in assisting the IT Manager to handle the day-to-day IT operations. The IT Executive maintains the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, supporting the internal IT Helpdesk, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing resolutions to IT matters. This position will be responsible for the administration and internal support of the hotel’s computers, printers, servers, and related equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

IT Operations

• Provide frontline PC and server troubleshooting, resolve IT issues for end users.
• Modify configurations, utilities and software default settings.
• Support and administer Windows Servers.
• Backup and optimize database.
• Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network.
• Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software. Assist with PC setup, IT system and access for onboarding of new users.
• Ensure that the usage and installation of software is in accordance with the software licensing laws.
• Work and consult with hardware and software vendors to setup and maintain all required equipment.
• Support the hotel’s stand-alone systems, including but not limited to, systems connected to the Network, point of sales systems, all related interfaces and file server.
• Assist the IT Manager in executing all IT projects at the Hotels.
• Assist the hotel’s day-to-day IT activities ensuring all standards are followed.

• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.

The Guest Experience Executive is a vital customer facing role, on the ‘ front lines’ who acts as an ambassador for the Centre Success & Operations Team.

As the “face” for Arcc Spaces, the role is responsible for all operations/client services for their centre(s) & tasked to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
