Job Scope

1. Provide administrative support on a wide range of matters from HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Legal, Website Support, etc.
2. Support in corporate matters liaising with accountant, corporate secretary and legal advisor when needed
3. Update month closing reports and post-mortem analysis for partnerships on a monthly basis
4. Project manage partnerships with our collaboration partners, liaising closely with Marketing and Logistics counterparts
5. Manage co-founder’s calendars and schedule external meetings and interviews
6. Provide logistics support on an ad-hoc basis

Front Desk Management

• Cover the front desk. Ensuring there is consistent coverage during business hours. Be the on-site point of contact.
• Greet clients and guests. Manage entry access of clients, visitors or guests. Conduct centre tours.
• Respond to products and offerings, service-related queries or requests from clients, visitors or guests.
• Building relationships with clients and guests.
• Ensure all the documents and google drives are up to date.
• Keep the front desk clean and organized.

• Ensure timely closure of claims and escalate cases to direct manager on overdue / low insurers’ offers

• Submit Refund forms for claims due to customers and/or companies upon receiving insurers’ payment confirmation

• Provide timely updates and details of insurers’ claims payments to customers and/or companies. Ensure related reports are updated whenever there is a change in case status

• Ensure all claims document/information are organised and updated to ensure easy visibility/tracking and retrievable:

• Sort and place physical files/documents based on category and status of each claim at designated area

• Update related reports/records for on-time tracking of status.

• Submit closed cases to CSCs for secured storage. Assist in such filing where required

• Carry out claims processes diligently to achieve company’s KPIs (Claims Settlement, Accounts Receivables, etc.)

Job Scope
