Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor accounts (41% assignment) to identify outstanding debts. Initiate collection calls, emails, or correspondence to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payments and resolve dispute.
3. Develop and implement collection strategies, following up on overdue accounts, and negotiating payment plans.
4. Assist in reviewing and discussing legal documents with lawyers to facilitate escalation processes and follow up on debt collection cases with Dun & Bradstreet.
5. Evaluate customer credit applications and assist in reviewing customer credit worthiness, setting appropriate credit limits, and monitoring credit risks.
6. Mentor and train team members, oversee their work, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal company policies.
8. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align processes and address any issues related to accounts receivable.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Degree/Adv Diploma/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant working experience in Account Receivable.
• Knowledges: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)

3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management

4) Ensure daily,weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management

Job Description:

• Providing secretarial, administrative, and personal supports to MD.
• Conduct weekly diary meeting with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests. (e.g. meeting appointments, travel schedule, and travel arrangements).
• Schedule and manage meetings on behalf of MD, between him and his direct reports and the committees and group to which he is a member.
• Assist MD to follow up on task assigned to subordinate and manage MD’s appointment.
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting and taking forward such contacts as appropriate.
• Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up action plans after meeting as and when required.
• Maintain proper filing system for both electronic and hard copies filing.
• Prepare letters, memos for an announcement to staff and related parties.
• Support and assist in the planning of company activities.
• Assist on administrative duties of HR process. (e.g. claiming of the levy, purchase of air-tickets, pass application, renew work passes).
• Maintain records and monitor on company fleet vehicles, road tax renewal, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the department head for establishing the department structure and system, establishment of policies and procedures. Assist in the creation of necessary forms, documentation process presentations & system where necessary.
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
• Strong interpersonal skills in a professional and responsive manner.
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, attention to details.
• Experienced in office administration.
• Good inter-personality skills, grooming & communication.
• Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information with discretion and integrity.
