3. Verify Vendors’ invoice via in-house system
4. Process staffs’ claims;
5. Handling petty cash payments;
6. Daily Bank Reconciliation;
7. Month End Closing;
8. Prepare Audit Schedule;
9. Liasing with auditors and answer queries;
10. Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Your main role is to perform Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI), Troubleshooting and Repair works for the Refrigerated Container (Reefer).

To carry out equipment improvement works to improve equipment reliability and safety according to manufacturers’ specifications.

Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas.

Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
