We are looking for an Assistant Principal Engineer to join our ILS O&S Team. In this position, you will be responsible for in-service vehicle matters, item obsolescence and vehicle upgrading proposal. You will work closely with the Design and O&S team as well as the End Users in order to maintain the availability of the in-service vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet up of End Users to understand their issues and matters on hand.
• Work with different departments, local vendors, overseas OEMS to submit design/pricing proposal.
• Monitor progress of outstanding issues and/or submitted proposals.
• Monitor allocated budget for the given year.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

KEY RESPOBILITIES

A) Human Resources

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate interviews, pre-employment checks, onboarding, and induction materials.
• Training: Manage employee training registrations, payments, and records.

• Medical Exams: Schedule and monitor periodic medical check-ups.

B) Administration

• Inventory: Track and replenish stationery, first aid, uniforms and safety shoes.
• Office Equipment: Maintain office equipment and manage telco billing.
• General Admin: Handle main, inspections, calls and communications
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on supplies, inventory and claims.
• Other Duties: Support additional tasks as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
