The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is recruiting a Research Assistant/Associate Policy Analyst. • Logistics Operations & Contractor Oversight: Support daily operations in In-Plant Logistics, ensuring contractors meet KPIs and timelines without delays.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Manage warehouse inventory, perform month-end reconciliation with SAP and WMS, and maintain stock balance accuracy.
• Quality & Compliance Audits: Participate in ISO audits and document SOPs, Work Instructions
• Process Improvement & Troubleshooting: Conduct equipment case studies, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and control costs.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with SAP MM & IM
• With Risk Assessment certification
• Experience involving ISO audits
