Responsible for providing administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RM) within the front office function servicing Private Banking clients.

Responsbilities:

• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients.
• Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
• Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts
• Maintain client data and reports, such as: contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of credit reviews/renewals, etc
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling of appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials.
• Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations and other functional areas as necessary
• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies at all times

Requirements:

• Preferably 2-5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions
• Bachelor degree or diploma from reputable institutions
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
• Meticulous, strong attention to details
• Possess future oriented mindset, strive to innovate and adapt to changes
• Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and remain empathetic, passionate and resilient
• Preferably CACS certified

Responsibilities
1. Attend to patient’s enquiries and provide information.
2. Be the contact person for the doctors and patients.
3. Maintain confidentially of patient’s information.
4. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with the public and staff.
5. Inform patients of the estimated waiting time or period of absence when the doctors are called away.
6. Responsible and responsive to patient’s feedback/complaints before referring to the Manager, SOC Executive or supervisor.

Job Summary

This role provides a professional TOP handover experience for our customers and to assist in the timely rectification of defects/resolve of customers’ complaints satisfactorily, such that the organizational objective of providing quality and unsurpassed service is met.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct quality inspection of 100% of the units to identify defects for rectification, ensuring that home units handed over to home buyers are in good condition.
2. Ensure defects rectification completed within stipulated timeline by liaising with main contractor and owners on rectification works and arranging joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary.
3. Assist the Customer Service team in the liaison with main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.
4. Assist in the resolution of owners’ complaints arising from defects and other area and ensure Owners’ complaints resolved satisfactorily.
