• Support the full cycle of the internal and external audit.
• Prepare the yearly budget, mid-year budget review and monitor actual expenditure against budget.
• Prepare and submit GST returns and any other statutory filing as and when required.
• Cashflow management including investments accounting and reporting.
• Review and ensure compliance with Finance policies and procedures.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors, corporate secretarial agent, andother external parties such as financial institutions.
• Support Sub-committees and Board meetings, including presentation and writing of minutes.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects including process improvements.
• Adhere to Company's policies (including PDPA and staff-related) and procedures diligently, carry out duties in accordance with the specified service level and in good governance, observe client's information, confidentiality, and conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

• ACCA/CPA or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant working experiences
• Able to work in a team and detailed oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills to supervise Finance Executive(s)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial regulations
• Strong team player with an independent work ethic and strong drive to complete assigned tasks and projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

Organisation Development & Strategic Planning

• Support in organisation of agency's organisation development and strategic planning activities through:
• Document key discussion points and conclusions from agency's organisation development engagements, workplans, strategic planning meetings.
• Assist in analysis of organisation health data with guidance from supervisor.
• Translate documentation into infographics, presentations and handouts as required for communication to required stakeholders.

Corporate Secretariat support to Board and Senior Management

• Organise meetings and assist in consolidation of meeting agenda for the Board of Directors, required Committees of the Board staffed by Corporate Secretariat, and for Senior Management.
• Attend as required and support in taking meeting minutes.
• Support in the follow-up of Board governance matters as required/requested by the Board of Directors and Committees of the Board.
• Assist in arranging for orientation of new Board Committee Members as requested.
• Work with other departments to prepare secretariat documentation required.
• Support in the follow-up of Senior Management secretariat matters where required/requested.
• Assist with company projects or report submissions, as assigned by Reporting Officer.
• To undertake any other work responsibility as assigned by the CEO, Divisions Leadership and Reporting Officer.

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of work experience preferred, either in organisation development and/or strategic planning for social service organisations.
• Language and writing: Excellent written and spoken English with good organisation of content floor.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to distil salient aspects of discussions.
• Use of technological resources Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, infographic making applications such as Canva. Skills in other Office365 software a bonus. Able to use technological resources to aid/improve work efficiencies.
• Excellent Organisation and Project Management Skills Good ability in problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, time management, attentive to details.
• Resourceful Obtain and uses using relevant resources optimally to accomplish work targets cost-effectively and efficiently.

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain all ICT & AV equipment (including inventories, loan, procurement and condemnation)
• Manage and maintain computer labs and control rooms
• Assist in the deployment and use of students’ Personal Learning
• Devices (PLDs), including repairs and DMA management
• Provide support to ICT department to create content for ICT lessons
• Coordinate/support school events involving use of ICT, AV & media (setting up of essential equipment for all school functions/ activities)
• Record video and sound
• Assist in the procurement of ICT & AV equipment, accessories and consumables
• Maintain a weekly progress log of repairs and services
• Other ad-hoc duties required by the school

Work Schedule:

• Monthly Salary: TBA

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 30-min lunch break

Job Requirement:

• Relevant experience in Secondary schools assisting in the management of Windows devices under the Personalised Digital
• Learning Programme (PDLP)
• Good ICT technical skills and programming skills
• Good knowledge in use of both Macintosh and Windows machines
• Good knowledge in managing AV equipment, in particular sound systems
